We’re still a couple weeks off from The Dark Knight Rises, the grand finale of director Christopher Nolan’s epic Batman trilogy.  In the meantime, catch up on some of the director’s best works with this week’s release of the Christopher Nolan Director’s Collection.

Being released by Warner Bros. Home Entertainment, the collection includes five of Nolan’s best films (sorry kids, no Prestige…  That was a Touchstone movie, not WB).  Besides the two Batman films – Batman Begins and The Dark Knight – the package includes 2000’s Memento, 2002’s Insomnia, and 2010’s Inception.  The films combine for 19 Oscar nominations, winning 6.  So Nolan is no slouch.  It’s do to this pedigree that I’ll definitely run out to see DKR, though the trailers released thus far leave me wanting.

The Christopher Nolan Director’s Collection – including Batman Begins, The Dark Knight, Inception, Insomnia, and Memento – arrives on store shelves today.
