Built in 1902, the former school that’s now home to the Seminole County Public History Center (or, if you’re a former Seminole County school kid of my generation, the Student Museum) looks straight out of a horror movie. With its brick Romanesque revival-style building with a tall bell tower, you can imagine it being used for an exterior shot of some random high school thriller.
That’s why it seems appropriate that it will be hosting Fright School tomorrow, starting at 8:30am. The day-long event is for the aspiring scare master with clinics on becoming a successful horror writer, movie director, or haunted house operator.
